This scarf only took about 3 months. I really need toknit one for my self too. It is so soft and squishy and warm and goodlooking that I keep trying to steal it back from him.

I love a parade!

I did not manage to get a good pictue of the tights. We were on the float for Tommy's work. He was a Elf cleaning out a septic tank. I was an innocent bystander. It is such a surprise that are already in parades here. We have lots of new friends and are pretty much feeling like part of the community.

On th house front. We finally got released from the old contract and are officially bissing on the 2 acre place.

Oy Vey where to start? Ok, so the house we were so excited about finanly got inspected. It needed about 23K in repairs before the regular to be xpected fixer uper repairs. We are talking specially engineered septic system and wells here. Obviously not fo us (2.5 months later) There were two days of seriously reconsidering this whole moving to Virginia thing and thinking about moving to Alpine Texas. Then I found yet another house to obsess on. Of Course.

2 acres.
No neighbors.
Wildlife aplenty.
Large outbuilding w/ electric.
Fireplace.
